The i-KMP team has formidable website testing expertise. We are the original architects of the UK's largest Website Performance Monitoring & Load Testing Company and we can safely say that we know a thing or two about websites.
We applied this expertise to the development of a range of services that capture the content and performance delivered to real website users to ensure that the correct communication and best web experience is delivered. We enable our customers to achieve Content Compliance with both internal Web Experience Management (WEM) requirements and External Regulatory Requirements (EG. FSA & FINRA).

BIOG
Phil Smith — CEO
Phil has over 20 years of technical experience developing IT applications with a strong focus on cutting edge web technology. He has held numerous senior development roles and was the Architect and Principal Developer of Site Confidence website performance monitoring and load testing services. He designed and wrote the browser emulation technology and designed the core infrastructure set-up and is named as the inventor on the UK patent. Phil leads the company with an enormous amount of both technical and practical commercial experience gained in start-up environments. He is skilled at not just developing software but building customer focused solutions.
Matt Rees — Sales Director
Matt has been in commercially focused roles since graduating with a BSc in Business & Managerial Sciences in 1992. He has a passion for Online and has been involved in Internet Business for the last 10 years. Matt was the Sales Director for Site Confidence where he spent the 7 years prior to joining Website Archive. He was instrumental in growing the business in preparation for sale to NCC Group PLC in 2007. He is well known in the industry and has a wealth of senior contacts through many of the UK’s largest online businesses and organisations.
Kirsten Osa — Technical Director
Kirsten has over 10 years experience working in Web Services Technology with a focus on designing and writing front-end user interfaces. After graduating with a BSc in Biochemistry & MSc in Toxicology, Kirsten worked in medical research before joining the founders of one of the UK's first fully transactional travel sites as the web developer. Following the sale of the business, the same team founded Site Confidence and Kirsten became the Web Services lead developer with technical responsibility for the Performance Monitoring & Load Testing user portals before the acquisition by NCC group 7 years later.
